Terms and Conditions of 7betk — Clear Rules for Playing with Confidence

By creating an account, accessing, or using any feature of the platform 7betk available at 7betk.best, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and with the rules of Responsible Gambling. These documents together form the agreement between you and 7betk.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not create an account or use the platform's services. Continued use of 7betk after an updated version of the Terms and Conditions is published constitutes acceptance of those changes.

To create and maintain an account at 7betk, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF;
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering;
• Not have been previously removed from the 7betk platform for violating these terms;
• Not be on any voluntary gambling exclusion list.

The 7betk may request identity verification documents at any time — especially before processing the first withdrawal. Accepted documents include CPF, RG or CNH, and a recent proof of address (no older than 3 months). Unverified accounts may have withdrawals suspended until the KYC process is complete.

Only one account per user is allowed, identified by CPF, email address, phone number, device, and IP address. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of these terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all accounts involved, along with the cancellation of any bonuses and pending balances with no right to a refund.

The 7betk accepts the following deposit methods for Brazilian players:

• Pix (primary method — confirmation in under 30 seconds);
• Bank slip (boleto bancário) (processing time: up to 2 business days);

• Pix: under 30 seconds for accounts with completed KYC verification, available around the clock;
• Withdrawals above R$ 5,000.00 may require manual review and can take up to 24 hours to process;
• Accounts without complete KYC verification: up to 72 hours for review before processing.

The 7betk may request additional documentation before processing high-value withdrawals or in situations requiring a security review. This is done to protect the player against unauthorized account use. Withdrawals of funds originating from bonuses are subject to the applicable rollover being met before they are released.

The promotions of 7betk are described in detail on the Promotions. This section sets out the general conditions that apply to all platform bonuses, unless otherwise specified in each individual offer.

• Each bonus is eligible for one account per CPF, email address, device, and IP address;
• Unused bonuses expire 30 days after being credited — after that period, they are automatically cancelled;
• Welcome bonus: available on the first deposit of newly created accounts only;
• The rollover must be completed before bonus balance can be converted to real balance;
• Bets with odds below 1.50 may not count toward the rollover, as indicated in each promotion;
• 7betk reserves the right to cancel bonuses if abuse or manipulation is suspected.

• Saturday Reload (50%): 20× rollover on the bonus amount;
• Risk-free bet (up to R$ 100.00): 3× rollover on the amount returned as a bonus.

Sports Betting on 7betk cover more than 30 sports, including football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana), MMA/UFC, basketball (NBB, NBA), volleyball (Superliga), tennis (ATP, WTA), e-sports (CS2, CBLOL, Valorant), and more. The following rules apply to all Sports Betting:

• Minimum bet: R$ 2.00 per ticket;
• Bets are considered final once confirmed — cancellations are not possible after a bet is accepted, except through the cashout feature where available;
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, all bets on that event will be voided and the amounts returned as real balance;
• Results are determined by the official score at the end of regular time, unless otherwise stated in the market;
• 7betk reserves the right to limit bets or close markets at any time for sporting integrity reasons;
• Bets placed after the official start of an event in pre-game mode may be voided.

The cash-out feature lets you settle a bet before the event ends. The cash-out value is calculated in real time based on current odds. 7betk may temporarily suspend cash-out during high-traffic events or for technical reasons. Cash-out acceptance is immediate and final — it cannot be reversed.

The casino, slots, and Live Casino games at 7betk use random number generators (RNG) certified by independent laboratories. The results of all games are determined fairly and cannot be influenced by external factors.

• Money laundering or using the platform for any illegal activity;
• Collecting, hacking, or attempting unauthorized access to other users' data;
• Sharing your account with third parties or allowing another person to use your account;
• Any form of match-fixing, collusion in poker tournaments, or coordinated betting to exploit markets;
• Use of the platform by anyone under 18 years of age.

The 7betk takes responsible gambling seriously. Betting is a form of entertainment — not an income strategy. The platform provides control tools directly in the account dashboard, with no need to contact support:

• Deposit limit: set a maximum deposit amount per day, week, or month;
• Loss limit: set a maximum loss amount over a given period;
• Session break: log out for a set period (1h, 6h, 24h, or 7 days);
• Temporary self-exclusion: block access to your account for 30, 60, or 90 days;
• Permanent self-exclusion: close your account for good — once confirmed, this action cannot be reversed.

7betk may unilaterally suspend or close accounts in the following situations, with no obligation to provide prior notice:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity;
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process;
• Use of automated software or bots;
• Accounts belonging to users under 18 years of age, identified by any means.

If an account is suspended on suspicion of fraud, the account balance may be held while the investigation is underway. If the investigation clears the player, the full balance is released. If a violation is confirmed, the balance may be cancelled.

The 7betk may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes are communicated at least 7 days in advance via the registered email address and through a notice on the platform, except in cases of urgent changes required for legal or security reasons, which may take effect immediately.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes not resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent court in the city of São Paulo, SP, to the exclusion of any other, however privileged it may be.
